Providing justice to the people is our first priority and redressing public grievances. Chief Justice of the High Court of Peshawar, Justice SM Atiq, while meeting the cabinet of Tehsil Bar Association Havelian, said that he congratulates the newly elected cabinet of Tehsil Bar Association Havelian. No one can separate the bar and the bench.
He said that every step we take will be for the rule of law. You should not forget your elders, the youth will have to follow their elders. Youth needs to come forward. The cabinet of Tehsil Bar Association Havelian met with Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice SM Atiq Shah. The delegation was led by President Tehsil Bar Association Havelian Al-Rahim Khan Jadoon. The delegation included Member KPK Bar Ali Khan Jadoon, General Secretary Tehsil Bar Association Havelian Jahangir Khan Jadoon, Ibrahim Khan Kaka Khel, Finance Secretary Waqar Khan Advocate. Tehsil Bar Association Havelian brought the unresolved issues of Havelian Bar to the notice of the Chief and requested to give the powers of Railway Police Station Havelian to Judicial Magistrate Havelian, as this causes great distress to the people of Havelian and they go to Haripur and appear before the Judicial Magistrate. The Chief Justice High Court gave full assurance to resolve all the issues discussed.
