Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmin has expressed immense pleasure over the approval of the Women University Swabi’s annual budget for the fiscal year 2025–26, amounting to Rs. 647.862 million, including a provincial grant of Rs. 100 million. She stated that, “It is a matter of immense pleasure that the budget, referred from the Finance and Planning Committee, has been approved. Credit goes to the entire team for their tireless efforts, dedication, and transparent work.”
The 18th Syndicate meeting formally approved the budget after a detailed review. It had earlier been thoroughly discussed and endorsed in the 15th meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee (F&PC). The budget has now been referred to the Senate for final approval. The Syndicate forum highly appreciated the budget for being well-managed, balanced, and forward-looking, addressing both academic and developmental needs of the university. Members acknowledged the efforts of Treasurer Mr. Muhammad Hussain and his team, whose detailed and effective planning ensured a comprehensive financial proposal. The contributions of Registrar Dr. Raisa Bano and all administrative units were also commended.
