Allah Almighty has foiled the conspiracy of Qadianis in Choa Saidan Shah Judicial Complex Choa Saidan Shah District Chakwal Civil Court Judge Farooq Ahmed’s court heard the claim of Masjid Panja Musalman, also known as Minar Wali Masjid, by Fayyaz Ahmed vs. Lal Khan. Civil Judge Farooq Ahmed announced to send the files of both the mosque cases Fayyaz Ahmed vs. Lal Khan etc. and Kalandra 145 Sarkar vs. Rashid Ahmed etc. to the District and Sessions Judge Chakwal. Thus, by getting a decision on Kalandra 145 immediately, the Qadiani conspiracy to regain possession of the mosque and prolong the claim of Masjid Fayyaz Ahmed vs. Lal Khan and to violate the sanctity of the mosque failed.
The conspiracy to make Muslims fight with the administration and police failed. The Qadiani supervision appeal of Naeem Aslam vs. Fayyaz Ahmed etc. was heard by Muslim plaintiff Malik Fayyaz Ahmed in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Mr. Jahangir Ali Gondal. Faizi Haji Ehsan-ul-Haq Haji Sabir Hussain Haji Mahmood Ahmed Malik Muhammad Iqbal Asif Saghral, Shaukat Iqbal Malik Haris Ahmed Abdul Wajid and Malik Jabez Aziz Malik Shahzar Qayyum Malik Zulfiqar Ahmed submitted the power of attorney of Malik Muhammad Ilyas Advocate to the court. The next hearing will be held on June 19 in the court of Jahangir Ali Gondal Additional District and Sessions Judge Camp Choa Saidan Shah District Chakwal. The hearing of the Muslim community’s supervision appeal Haji Mahmood Ahmed vs. Naeem Aslam was also held in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Jahangir Ali Gondal. The Qadianis did not present a lawyer. The next date has been fixed for June 19.
The hearing of both supervision appeals will be held in the judicial complex Choasidan, while on June 14 in the court of Choa Saidan Shah Civil Judge Magistrate Section 30 Farooq Ahmed, Kalandra 145 Sarkar vs. Rashid Ahmed etc. is not being heard. All Muslims are requested not to go to Choasidan Shah. Before that, go to the Choasidan Shah Judicial Complex for the Eid-ul-Adha gathering. The appeal is being withdrawn. The cases have been transferred to Chakwal. Now there is no need to go to Chakwal. Muslim representatives will go to Chakwal and follow the cases in court.
