Former national team captain Sarfraz Ahmed, who was overlooked in the PSL draft, is once again ready to represent Pakistan. Pakistan Champions have officially signed Sarfraz Ahmed for the second edition of the World Championship of Legends, where the former captain will be seen in action.
Following the success of the first edition of the World Championship of Legends, the second edition is set to begin. In the first edition, India Champions defeated Pakistan Champions to claim the title.
Pakistan Champions announced Sarfraz Ahmed’s inclusion through a video post on their Instagram account, where Sarfraz was referred to as a captain, leader, and legend.
It is noteworthy that under Sarfraz Ahmed’s leadership, the Pakistan team won the Champions Trophy title in 2017.
