Shapoor Zadran represented Afghanistan in 44 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 36 T20 matches, taking 43 wickets in ODIs and 37 wickets in T20 internationals.

It is notable that in 2017, armed assailants fired at Shapoor Zadran’s car in Kabul, but he narrowly escaped unharmed.
