ISLAMABAD: On Monday, Jalil Abbas Jilani, the acting foreign minister, reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to an orderly and peaceful Afghanistan and stressed the necessity of improved cooperation for stability in the area.
Hassan Kazmi Qomi, the Foreign Office Spokesperson for Iran and Special Representative for Afghanistan Affairs, was posted on the X account and was received by him.

The foreign minister also emphasized how important it is for Afghanistan’s neighbors to play in realizing the goal of a stable and peaceful region. Prior to this, Ambassador Qomi had lengthy discussions about the state of affairs in Afghanistan as well as the regional peace and dialogue processes with Asif Durrani, Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan.
