Chicken Shinwari Karachi is very delicious recipe mostly served to guests. Some families prepare this enjoyable recipe at home while others prefer to move to renowned restaurants to enjoy it. The ingredients and method of the recipe is given below:

Chicken Half kg
Tomatoes 4 medium size
Salt As per taste
Black pepper (powder) half teaspoon
Red pepper (chopped) 1 teaspoon
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil 1 cup
Cereal seeds 1 teaspoon
Green chilies 2-3 (finely chopped)
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method:
(i). Take oil in a pan, heat it. Add chicken and fry till it changes colour.
(ii). Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, chopped red pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and a glass of water.
(iii). Fry it well, cover it and keep it for cooking.
(iv). As soon the water dries up and the chicken is well cooked.
(v). Then add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and chopped green chillies and keep it on low heat for 10 minutes.
Very tasty and delicious chicken Shinwari Karahi is ready. Serve with hot roti, salad and raita.
