Don’t Forget Destitute Relatives in Critical Time

Islam is complete of life which guides man in all aspects both individually and collectively. The Muslims have been asked both in Quran and Sunnah to pay special heed towards helping deprived people of the society.

However, the believers have been urged to extend a helping hand towards their destitute relatives first. Zakat system is also meant for equal distribution of resources.

In the prevailing era of inflation, poverty and unemployment, the responsibility of the faithful people to take care of their relatives increases.

Those who have been blessed by Almighty Allah should not leave their destitute relatives on the mercy of others.

You can help your relatives in different way without hurting their self-respect. If the financially weak relatives ask you for loan, then give them money considering it charity.

The prosperous relatives should visit the poor relatives when they invite them to any joy and give them something on pretext of happiness to help them. They can also invite the destitute relatives to their home and helped on pretext of seeing their children for first time.

When someone among the financially weak relatives is sick, the wealthy people can help them on the pretext of illness.

Allah has awarded you with countless blessing. You eat delicious food, wear precious clothes and live in big houses. Who are you to keep an account of his trust? Therefore, be considerate and considerate of the poor.
