UPPER DIR : The Markazi Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Malakand Division, President Abdul Ghaffar Mansoor has stated that Pakistan was created in the name of “Kalmah Tayyaba ” and if its principles are not implemented, our efforts will be in vain. He announced the launch of a membership drive in Upper Dir inckuding Malakand Divission.
