Swabi: Gajju Khan Medical College (GKMC-MT), Swabi, an attached teaching institute of the Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC-MTI), Swabi, created another history by completing a hat-trick, achieving 100% success results for the third time in the Khyber Medical University (KMU) final year annual examinations.
Yesterday, KMU announced the results of MBBS final year annual examinations in which all 46 students of GKMC participated were declared pass, said spokesperson.
The spokesperson went on to say that two students of the college made it to the top ten in the province. Sadaf Naz took the 8th position with 1042 marks, while Huma Gul took the 10th position with 1038 marks.
For this remarkable achievement, Dean/CEO GKMC/BKMC-MTI, Prof. Dr. Shams-Ur-Rehman, congratulated all the students and their parents for completing the hat-trick of achievements. He said that all this was possible due to the tireless efforts of the college management and faculty members.
Expressing good wishes to all the students, he said that it is a great honor for our college to get 100% results in the annual examinations of KMU for the third consecutive time. According to the Dean GKMC-MTI, GKMC has become the only medical college in the history of the province to have achieved 100 percent results for three consecutive times, Dean Added.
